These Terms govern the purchase of Linearhill DSP plugins through our website.

Payment Processor

All transactions are processed by Paddle, acting as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles:

• Payment processing
• Tax collection and remittance
• Receipt and invoice generation
• Currency conversion

By purchasing, you agree to Paddle's terms in addition to these.

Pricing

• Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted
• Local taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) are added by Paddle at checkout
• Prices may change without prior notice

Delivery

Upon successful payment:

1. A confirmation email is sent to your purchase email address
2. Download links for the plugin installer are provided

If you do not receive your confirmation within 1 hour, contact contact@linearhillstudio.com.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund from the date of purchase. Request a refund by emailing contact@linearhillstudio.com with your order number. If eligible, the refund is processed via Paddle and typically appears in 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

A free trial version of each plugin is available for download. We recommend trying the demo before purchase to verify compatibility and satisfaction.
