Payment Processor

All transactions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as the Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles:

Payment processing
Tax collection and remittance
Receipt and invoice generation
Currency conversion

By purchasing, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms in addition to these.

Local taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) are added by Lemon Squeezy at checkout

Upon successful payment:

License key is automatically generated by Lemon Squeezy
License delivered via email within minutes
Download links provided for plugin installer

If you do not receive your license within 1 hour, contact contact@linearhillstudio.com.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Refund Available

Before license activation: Full refund available within 14 days of purchase
Request must be made via email to contact@linearhillstudio.com with your order number

Refund Not Available

After license activation: Once a license has been activated on any device, the purchase is final and non-refundable
This is because activation grants permanent access to the Software

We confirm license activation status
If eligible, refund is processed via Lemon Squeezy
Refund typically appears in 5–10 business days via original payment method

Demo Versions

Demo or trial versions of our plugins are available for free download. We strongly recommend testing demos before purchase to ensure compatibility and satisfaction.

Updates

License includes free minor updates within the same major version
Major version upgrades (e.g., v1 → v2) may require additional purchase
